Dampak negatif blogging terlalu lama & Tips mudah untuk mengatasinya

Bagi para blogger,nge`blogging`adalah salah satu hal yang sudah menjadi rutinitas harian yang begitu menyenangkan terkhusus bagi anak kls 9 SMPN 4 Ska yang ujian praktek TIK-nya membuat blog. Terkadang tanpa disadari,waktu sudah sangat panjang dilaluinya berkutat di depan screen komputer. Namun dibalik aktifitas yang mengasyikkan itu,kebiasaan menghabiskan waktu panjang di depan komputer jika tidak diatur dengan baik bisa menimbulkan 2 dampak negatif,

1.Dampak terhadap kesehatan tubuh
Dalam dunia kedokteran dikenal adanya istilah VDT syndrome(Visual Display Terminal),istilah yang sering dipakai untuk menamai gejala yang muncul akibat `melototin` display visual(ex:layar komputer) dalam waktu yang lama dan dengan posisi tubuh yang sama.Gejalanya bisa berupa mata menjadi perih dan kering,daya pandang yang menurun,bahu kaku,sakit pinggang,sakit kepala,mual,dll.
2.Dampak terhadap kesehatan mental
Efek ini bisa dilihat dari timbulnya gejala `techno dependence`
Apa itu gejala techno dependence?
Techno dependence syndrome(gejala ketergantungan teknologi) adalah bentuk ketergantungan terhadap teknologi(komputer,internet,HaPe,dll) yang menyebabkan efek negatif secara mentalitas.Adapun efek negatif yang ditimbulkan,antara lain:

• Tingkat kesabaran menurun,telat sedikit saja rasanya langsung ingin marah.
• Mendadak naik darah karena melihat sesuatu yang tidak disukai,.
• Susah bergaul langsung dengan orang lain
• Kehilangan a sense of time(Lupa waktu) and a sense of life(Lupa diri:D)
• dan sebagainya..

Dua dampak negatif ini akan sangat merugikan diri bloggers sendiri karena akan merusak ke`fresh`an,dan menghambat ide-ide positif yang fantastis,dan juga akan merusak `tatanan`di kehidupan nyatanya..

Ini ada tips mudah untuk menghindari atau mengatasi gejala VDT maupun Techno dependence,..

• Istirahat yang cukup secara berkala,misal 10 sampai 15 menit istirahat setiap satu jam sekali
• Sering menggerakkan tubuh(streching),melihat pemandangan yang jauh
• Menggunakan kacamata atau lensa yang sesuai(bagi yg memakai)
• Memahami gejala-gejala VDT maupun techno dependence
• Bila sakit berlanjut hubungi dokter..hehe..

Tips ini relatif mudah,tinggal butuh komitmen untuk melakukannya..

Dampak Negatif COPAS!

Pernahkah anda berfikir untuk merepost atau mengcopy paste artikel dari blog lain ? Mungkin merepost atau membajak atau mengcopy paste artikel blog lain bukanlah hal baru lagi , alasan utama bagi para perepost sengaja mengcopy paste adalah ingin mempunyai sebuah artikel instan yang merupakan salah satu cara mudah dan tidak membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dalam pembuatan artikel .

Para perepost mungkin tidak akan pernah menyadari bagaimana besar dari dampak negativ merepost artikel blog orang lain . Tindakan ini secara tidak langsung akan dirasakan juga kepada para pembaca artikel atau pengunjung artikel tentunya disebabkan menemukan sejumlah artikel yang selalu sama pada setiap saat dia mencari sebuah informasi tertentu .

Dampak Negativ dari merepost artikel blog lain :

1. Turunnya kualitas blog

Tentu saja , jika kita melakukan tindakan ini maka sudah pasti kualitas blog kita akan semakin menurun yang dimaksud adalah , bagaimana kita tidak bisa menyasikan sesuatu yang baru pada para pengunjung kita dan sudah pasti mereka akan merasa bahwa blog yang suka merepost adalah tidak mempunyai sesuatu yang berbeda dari yang lainnya .

2. Tidak ada rasa saling percaya antar blogger

Mungkin ada sebagian blogger akan enggan mempercayai blog yang sering merepost artikel orang lain , dalam arti kita tidak akan mendapatkan suatu pandangan yang lebih baik dari teman blog kita yang akan membuat mereka semakin menjauh dari anda .

3. Tidak akan lagi berguna nilai tinggi

Bagi para perepost mungkin merasa akan mereka bangga dengan apa yang dimilikinya , maksudnya adalah memiliki nilai pagerank atau alexa rank yang tinggi , namun tahukah anda ? bahwa semua itu tidak lah berarti lagi , karena semua itu hanya didapatkan dari hasil kerja keras para korban repost bukan dari hasil keras diri sendiri , mungkin bagi pengunjung pertama akan terkagum - kagum melihat hasil nilai yang didapatkan pada blog repost namun lambat laun akan pasti ketahuan juga  ( Sepintar - pintarnya tupai meloncat pasti akan jatuh juga )

4. Tidak akan pernah berkembang otak kita

Merepost bukan lah suatu tindakan yang akan meningkatkan perkembangan , meningkatkan kekreatifan dan menambah wawasan luas akan membuat suatu informasi .

5. Pengunjung akan malas

Tentu lah pengunjung akan malas sekali jika akan menemui sebuah informasi yang selalu sama seperti yang saya bilang sebelumnya , pengunjung mungkin tidak akan ingin lagi  berkunjung kedua kalinya.

Mungkin dampak negativ dari sebuah tindakan repost diatas hanyalah sebagian saja dari banyak nya dampak negatif lainnya . Ini bisa saja kita katakan sebagai salah satu virus blog yang paling merugikan.

Tindakan ini lebih baik kita tidak lakukan karena lebih baik sedikit artikel namun hasil kerja keras kita itulah yang lebih baik dari segi apapun . Menulis sebuah informasi yang berkualitas tanpa harus merepost sebenarnya hal yang mudah saja jika kita sering membaca , melihat informasi di station tv atau yang lainnya merupakan jalan kita untuk menemukan sebuah informasi yang sangat banyak lalu merangkumnya sehingga terbuatlah artikel yang berkualitas.
